Vivo Consulting is a specialized SAP partner based in Guatemala City, with deep expertise in SAP Ariba implementations across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management. The solution

Vivo implemented Luzid, an ERP delivery copilot, configured specifically around Vivo's own delivery methodology. Instead of generic tools, they built custom document accelerators—generators tuned to produce deliverables in Vivo's exact format, voice, and structure. The platform produces documents in minutes that are of the same quality as those written by a senior consultant over several hours.

The team produced 152 deliverables on the platform within the first two months, spanning a wide range of document types—including governance documents, Ariba deliverables, and more—all following Vivo's house style.
