Product Engineer
About Luzid
Luzid is the intelligent layer between how enterprises operate and the software that runs them. We give system integrators and enterprise architects AI agents that automate the most complex, expensive, and error-prone work in enterprise software delivery: capturing requirements, flagging risks, generating documentation, configuring systems, and running tests; end to end, from pre-sales through go-live.
We are a team of AI experts and ERP veterans from Stanford, SAP, Two Sigma, Microsoft, Meta, and Uber. In 11 months of operations, we've built a multi-million dollar pipeline and are already partnered with some of the world's largest global consulting firms.
About the Opportunity
Every enterprise runs on business processes: how they fulfill orders, procure materials, close books, manage supply chains. These processes get mapped during ERP implementations, then immediately start drifting. People leave. Documentation goes stale. The reasoning behind critical decisions disappears into tribal memory.
The result: a recurring, multi-million-dollar rediscovery effort every time a business needs to change, whether responding to new regulations, absorbing an acquisition, extending its systems, or optimizing workflows.
Over 75% of enterprise software implementations run over budget or over time. The global ERP services market is worth $250 billion annually. Agentic AI is about to restructure how all of that work gets done, and no tool is built for that transition yet.
The Role
Product Engineers at Luzid own the outcomes of their code. You'll work on a product that sits inside live enterprise implementations, used by consultants managing multi-million dollar projects under real deadline pressure. The feedback loop is tight, the stakes are high, and the surface area is large.
You'll build across the full stack: data pipelines, LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and the interfaces ERP teams rely on daily in the field. You'll talk directly to customers, sit with the friction they describe, translate it into something buildable, ship it, and own it all the way through deployment and beyond.
You bring strong engineering fundamentals and take best practices seriously. You use AI tooling to move faster without cutting corners, treating it as a force multiplier rather than a shortcut. And while you're a strong individual contributor who can drive a feature from zero to production on your own, you make the people around you better.
You May Be a Good Fit If
- You have 3+ years of product engineering experience with a track record of shipping features users love
- You're a generalist and is comfortable across the stack (TypeScript, Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure) and know when to reach for each
- You've worked on a small team where "product engineer" meant you were also partly the PM, the designer, and developer
- You're comfortable talking to customers, extracting what actually matters from what they say, and turning it into software
- You care about what you build, not just how it's built
Strong Candidates May Also Have
- Experience building LLM-powered features or agentic systems in production
- Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems: SAP, Salesforce, ERP and CRM more broadly
- A portfolio that includes something you built that you are passionate about
